Key Responsibilities:Generate and print shipping labels from platforms like Shiprocket, Ekart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc. Verify all customer order details including name, phone number, address, and product information. Check and confirm shipping charges according to package weight and courier partner rates. Coordinate with the warehouse or dispatch team to ensure accurate packaging and shipping. Update order status and tracking details in the system. Handle daily operations related to eCommerce order processing and fulfillment. Communicate with courier partners in case of pickup, delivery issues, or discrepancies. Maintain logs and generate reports on shipping performance and cost. Ensure all processes follow SLA timelines and company standards.

Participate in client meetings, site visits, and internal reviews as required. Required Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and working drawings.
