Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to recruit and manage new and present employees. And to ensure effective implementation of our HR policies, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Job responsibilities
Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
Documentation of employees
Managing employee relations and addressing workplace issues.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Managing payroll and benefits administration.
Overseeing performance management and employee development.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conducting training and development programs as per vision and requirement of the company
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Candidate Profile
MBA in HR
Experience of 2 years in recruitment and HR management
Must have very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Must have good knowledge of documentation of HR
Have good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
Ready to adapt with the values of the company
Ready to Learn as per business goals of the organisation
Must have empathy and problem solving capacity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
