Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Saket New Delhi. Job Type: Full-time Department: Accounts Job Summary: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate should have Tally Prime Knowledge, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgeting forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Support audits by providing required documentation and financial reports. Work closely with the finance team to optimize financial processes. Handle vendor and client accounts, resolving any discrepancies. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance standards. Ability to multitask and work within deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
