HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource operations in our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting business goals through effective manpower and policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with showroom objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for showroom staff.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave policies.
• Handle payroll coordination and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Design and monitor employee appraisal systems and performance reviews.
• Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Create and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
• Organize regular staff meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and showroom-specific regulations.
• Coordinate with showroom heads for manpower planning and shift management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail/jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll software, and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a retail environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in retail showroom operations.
• Familiarity with local labour regulations and jewellery sector standards.
• Leadership qualities and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
