Job Title: HR IT Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top IT talent for various client requirements. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and IT technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education in IT or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
Ability to meet deadlines.
