HR IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that meets organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level or senior IT roles (e.g., developers, testers, support engineers). Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in onboarding activities when required. Maintain candidate data and documentation. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in IT recruitment. Knowledge of various IT roles and technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred skills and qualifications: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, or similar sourcing tools.
