Job Description - HR Intern Location: Panipat Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 6k - 8k Mode: In-office About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Support employee onboarding and documentation. Help maintain HR databases and records, both digital and physical. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions. Support performance review coordination and feedback collection. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. Prepare reports and presentations as assigned. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and ability to handle confidential information. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
