HR Intern (Trainee)

Important:

• This role is non-paid for first 3 months, followed by stiphend of next months, and then salary will be provided, so please apply if you're interested only.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and organize employee records and documentation.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, offers, and other communication.
• Help in organizing team engagement activities and events.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
• Participate in policy implementation and HR audits.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries.
• Conduct research on HR trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
