Job Title : HR Intern

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with he daily office task such as a filing, data entry, and documents management.
• Support to Office staff and members in various department as needed.\
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• participates in team meetings and take minutes when required.
• Assist in preparing Reports, Presentations and other documents.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Experience: Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
