Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month industrial training program. This internship is ideal for students pursuing MBA/BBA or related degrees and looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

✅Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction formalities
Maintain employee databases and records
Assist with internal communications and engagement activities
Prepare HR-related documents and letters
Learn and support HR software tools and day-to-day operations

✅ Requirements:

Currently pursuing MBA/BBA/B.Com or equivalent
Strong interest in HR practices and processes
Good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eager to learn and contribute in a professional setting
Completed 6 months of Industrial training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day shift
Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
