Internship Role: HR Intern - B2B

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented students eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and lay a strong foundation for a successful HR career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide placement support to ensure successful job placements.

- Assist in organizing and executing job drive related tasks

- Identify business needs and create online/ offline engagement strategies to drive interview conversions

- Assist in organizing and executing large-scale job drive events.

- Build and maintain strong connections with companies to facilitate placement opportunities.

- Draft professional emails and respond to queries promptly and efficiently.

- Collaborate with teams on HR projects and initiatives.

- Organize and manage company events with documentation support.

- Contribute to public relations efforts to enhance the company’s brand presence.

- Identify business needs and create online/offline engagement strategies to drive sales conversions.

Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
