Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 (Based on Interview Performance) + Incentives
Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year
Timings: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
• Support in drafting HR documents, policies, and internal communications
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
