HR Intern

Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Stipend: No fixed stipend; incentives will be provided upon successful completion of tasks

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Hitech City office. This internship is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and organizing team-building and office culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, birthday celebrations, appreciation events, and internal contests
• Assist in creating internal communication content such as emails, posters, or HR notices
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Complete task-based assignments and report on progress

• Good coordination and organizational abilities
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of HR concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
• Must be available to work from the office 6 days a week (11 AM – 6 PM)
