Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Maintain HR records and update employee databases
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new interns/employees
• Help with employee engagement and team-building activities
• Conduct research and assist in creating HR policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and documentation
• Draft offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents
• Contribute to performance tracking and feedback management processes

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
• Interest in career counseling, education, or the startup ecosystem is a plus

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
