CareerNaksha is a career-tech startup that offers personalized career counseling, psychometric testing, and mentoring solutions to students and professionals. We are passionate about bridging the gap between education and employability by providing accessible and affordable career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Maintain HR records and update employee databases
Support onboarding and induction processes for new interns/employees
Help with employee engagement and team-building activities
Conduct research and assist in creating HR policies and SOPs
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and documentation
Draft offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents
Contribute to performance tracking and feedback management processes

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
Interest in career counseling, education, or the startup ecosystem is a plus

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
