Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra Company: Pyramid E&C – Hydrocarbon Technology Solutions

Role Overview

As the HR Head, you will lead the strategic and operational human resources functions across Pyramid E&C’s global operations. You’ll be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in a technically intensive and safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision and global expansion plans
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and talent development
• Talent Acquisition & Management
• Oversee recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles across India, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas
• Implement robust onboarding, retention, and succession planning strategies
• Performance & Development
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Lead competency development programs across engineering, operations, and project management functions
• Compliance & Policy
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and ISO standards
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Culture & Engagement
• Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and inclusivity
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal mechanisms

Qualifications & Experience

Criteria Details Education -

MBA in HR or equivalent

Experience 15+ years in HR leadership, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, or manufacturing

Skills -Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, HRIS proficiency, global HR practices

Preferred - Exposure to international HR operations and hydrocarbon industry standards
