HR Generalist

What we would need you to do:
oAssist with end to end hiring and onboarding of new candidatesoConserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routingcorrespondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzinginformation; initiating telecommunications.o Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and schedulingmeetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.oRepresents the executive by attending meetings in the executive'sabsence; speaking for the executive.oWelcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on thetelephone; answering or directing inquiries.oMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keepinginformation confidential.oCompletes projects by assigning work to respective members; following upon results.oPrepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.oMaintains company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices andpayment follow-ups as needed.oContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What we would need you to be:
Intellectually curious, with a track record of demonstrated ability andwillingness to learn and apply knowledge to develop new and creativesolutionsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter that will excel and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurialteam environmentCapable of connecting and engaging with a sophisticated audience toexplain complex concepts in a concise and easy to understand fashionEducation & Technical Experience:Bachelor or Masters degree or diploma0-1 years of experience in a corporate environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsInstitutional expertise and experience working with multiple client types isa plus
