HR Executive

Position:

HR Executive We are urgently looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus hiring.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Postgraduate preferred).
• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience in HR or recruitment (Tech hiring exposure is a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Active on job-focused social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Passionate about HR trends and startup work culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
