Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support day-to-day human resources operations. The HR Associate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth organizational processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities Support performance management processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 0–2 years of experience in an HR role preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Discretion with confidential information Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Skills: Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
