Job Title: HR Executive – Hospital Hiring Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur Company: KRM Ayurveda Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Hospital/Healthcare Recruitment Working Hours: 9 Hours (Full-time) Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Leave Policy: 6 Paid Leaves Annually Preferred Candidate: Must be a resident of Jaipur Job Summary: KRM Ayurveda is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in hospital hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across various hospital departments and ensure a seamless talent acquisition experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Admin, Housekeeping, etc.) Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications Source candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, campus, etc.) Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds with senior management Handle onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives Maintain compliance with hospital HR policies and labor laws Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of department-specific recruitment needs Proficient in using job portals and MS Office tools Good understanding of HR documentation and compliance Must be a resident of Jaipur Why Join KRM Ayurveda?
