HR Executive

The HR Executive will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department, primarily focusing on recruitment. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.. Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.. Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up-to-date.. Manage organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.. Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and leave management.. Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations.. Manage in generating HR reports and presentations for management.. Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills..
