As an HR Consulting Freelancer with Job ID: DGC00559 based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions to support the organization's talent management initiatives. Your responsibilities will include recruitment support, where you will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new employees, helping them navigate through paperwork, orientation, and training procedures.
