Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Experience: 1–3 years in a similar HR role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
