Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HRIS systems, and manage administrative tasks related to HR processes. Employee Relations: Support employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Employee Engagement: Contribute to the organization of employee engagement activities and initiatives. HR Support: Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Problem-solving and analytical skills . Organization and time management skills . Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices . Proficiency in HR software and MS Excel . Ability to work independently and as part of a team . A positive attitude and a willingness to learn .
