HR and Operations Manager

As an experienced HR and Operations Manager for our construction company in Calicut, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing human resources and operational functions. Your strong background in HR management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency will be crucial in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals, managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
