It supports leadership through strategic planning, manages the full employee lifecycle, and ensures adherence to policies with fairness and integrity. By acting as a key communicator and recommending improvements, it drives continuous growth and alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & onboarding Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Employee Relations & Engagement Training & Development Health, Safety & Legal Compliance Administrative Operations Record keeping & Reporting Essential: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in human resources or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in engineering/manufacturing setup is an added advantage. Knowledge of legal and statutory compliance. Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
