Job Title: HR, Office Coordinator & Admin Executive Department: HR & Administration Reports to: Director / Operations Head Experience: 2–5 years preferred Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR/Operations preferred) 🧾 Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves. Coordinate recruitment processes – posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. Track employee probation, confirmations, and exits (full and final settlements). Assist in employee engagement, training, and internal communication. Office Coordination:Manage day-to-day operations and inter-department communication. Maintain and update trackers, reports, and documentation using Excel. Coordinate between departments, external vendors, and service providers. Handle logistics like travel bookings, courier dispatches, and inventory management. Administration:Maintain office supplies and assets, ensuring seamless working conditions. Liaise with vendors for utilities, repairs, and office maintenance. Ensure documentation compliance – statutory, safety, HR files, etc. Organize meetings, internal events, and external visits. 🛠️ Key Skills & Competencies:✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi ✅ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and PowerPoint ✅ Ability to create dashboards, presentations, and detailed reports ✅ Strong interpersonal and coordination skills ✅ Multitasking ability and attention to detail ✅ Knowledge of basic HR processes, documentation, and admin protocols ✅ Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality 💼 Preferred Tools/Software Exposure:Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) HRMS Software (Zoho, GreytHR, Keka – if any) Email & Calendar Management ⏳ Work Schedule:Full-time, 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday) Timings: 10.30 TO 6.30
