Job Summary:

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow solutions for enterprise IAM needs.
• Configure and customize Identity Governance workflows, policies, and role-based access controls.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform application onboarding, including connector development and integration with various systems.
• Develop and maintain custom rules, workflows, and provisioning policies within SailPoint.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in IAM implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow implementation.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with application onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy management.
• Proficiency in Java/Beanshell, REST APIs, and SQL for customization and integration.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services.
• Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow are a plus.
