Position Overview:

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales growth within the assigned territory. They will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the elevator industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and building owners.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of elevator systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the elevator or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
