Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and ticketing systems.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Meet established performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and company protocols.
