Heavy Vehicle Driver

Job Title: Driver Company: BonV Aero Technology Industry Type: Aerial Mobility Solutions Department: Logistics / Transport Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to transport heavy goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to customer service and road safety. Eligibility: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle class (e.g., LMV/Commercial license). Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience (preferred 8 to 10 years) Clean driving record with no major violations. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. Ability to read maps and use GPS systems effectively. Good communication skills and polite demeanour. Ability to speak and write in English, or willingness to learn if not currently proficient. Key Responsibilities: Operate assigned vehicles safely and responsibly to transport goods as directed. Plan routes and adhere to schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Inspect vehicles before and after each trip; ensure regular maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all documentation (license, insurance, permits) is up to date. Load and unload items, ensuring they are secure and properly handled. Maintain a daily log of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents. Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately. Assist with cooking during remote location assignments and support the team during flight test activities. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods while driving. Capable of lifting and carrying packages or luggage. Vision and hearing must meet the required standards for safe driving.
