JP International School is a primary school located in Greater Noida is hiring , providing education to students from Nursery to Class 12th. As an initiative of the Sparsh Group, the school emphasizes global learning concepts.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Headmistress

Role & responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

  • Ensure the effective implementation of the school's academic curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of teachers to maintain high academic standards.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for teaching staff.

Student Welfare:

  • Oversee the overall well-being and discipline of students in the senior wing.
  • Implement and monitor programs aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Administrative Management:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for record-keeping, attendance, and other administrative processes.

Parent and Community Engagement:

  • Foster positive relationships with parents through effective communication channels.
  • Organize and participate in events that promote community involvement and support.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the school's strategic plan.
  • Provide input on long-term goals, policies, and initiatives for the senior wing.

Staff Development and Training:

  • Identify professional development needs of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.

Admissions and Student Progress:

  • Oversee the admission process for the senior wing.
  • Monitor and track the academic progress and achievements of students.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources to support academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of students and staff.

Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the educational landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile & Educational Background:

  • Excellent academic track record. Regular B.Ed, Post Graduate in any Teaching subject with Professional degree in Education and preferably with good management acumen.
  • Academic qualifications from globally reputed Institutions preferred.
  • Advanced studies or certifications in educational leadership can be advantageous.

Teaching Experience:

  • Substantial experience as a teacher, preferably in the senior wing or a comparable educational setting.
  • Proven success in teaching and a strong understanding of pedagogical principles.

Administrative Experience:

  • Previous administrative or leadership roles within an educational institution.
  • Familiarity with school management, curriculum development, and educational policies.

Leadership Training:

  • Completion of leadership training programs, workshops, or certifications.
  • A track record of effective leadership and management skills.
