Job Description

  • Revenue Ownership: Generate revenue through sales of innovation-led services, emerging technology offerings (AI, IoT, Quantum Sending).
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Own the full sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure, using a structured, consultative approach.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise clients, R&D leaders and innovation heads.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead, guide and develop a small team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and supporting their growth.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like technology, finance, legal and procurement to ensure smooth fulfilment of client engagements.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and MBA from reputed institutes.
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in engineered products or technology.
  • Knowledge of sales lifecycle management, funnel analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
