Key Responsibilities

Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion.
Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and build long-term relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners.

Build and lead a high-performance sales team; manage regional and global accounts.
Explore new business opportunities in enterprise, government, and startup segments.
Maintain strong forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Represent the company at industry forums, client meetings, and partner events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
15-20 years of sales experience in IT services/product engineering/digital consulting.
Proven success in closing high-value enterprise deals (India or International).
Strong network in eMobility, BFSI, eGovernance, Healthcare, Energy, or Startups.
Hands-on leader with a mix of strategy and execution skills.
