Company:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner directly with the MD/CEO on high-priority projects and strategic decisions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments.
Drive execution of special projects across business units.
Develop business cases, strategic plans, and presentations.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Act as a liaison between the Founder and various internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
4–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders is highly desirable.
