Head of Strategy

You are a dynamic and visionary Head of Strategy & Business Transformation responsible for leading strategic initiatives across domestic and global markets. Your role is crucial in fostering business growth, enhancing performance, and revolutionizing operations through data-driven strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and innovation. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic roadmap based on market insights, competitor analysis, and investor objectives. You will identify growth opportunities, new markets, product lines, go-to-market strategies, and potential M&A expansions. Crafting customer-centric product portfolio strategies, pricing models, and GTM initiatives are also part of your role. You will be tasked with creating data-driven investor decks, aligning leadership on strategic priorities, and analyzing market trends in regulatory, sustainability, and technology sectors. Competitive benchmarking, opportunity mapping, and innovation identification across the value chain are essential aspects of your duties. Implementing performance dashboards, leading cross-functional reviews, and collaborating with various teams to achieve financial and operational targets are also crucial responsibilities. Your role includes leading transformation initiatives such as ERP/SAP rollout, digitalization, CAPEX, ESG, and lean programs. Talent development, cultural transformation, and translating strategy into impactful initiatives like M&A and new market entry are key components of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in sourcing, evaluating, conducting diligence, and integrating acquisition/investment targets. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your role include timely execution of strategic initiatives, revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, ROI on investments, and stakeholder satisfaction. You are expected to have an MBA or PGDM in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with additional certifications such as CFA, PMP, Six Sigma, or Strategy/Innovation courses being advantageous. A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, business transformation, or consulting roles is required. Proven expertise in M&A activities, GTM models, and operational efficiency programs is essential, with exposure to manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors being preferred. Key competencies for this role include strong strategic thinking, business acumen, market analysis, M&A expertise, and cross-functional leadership. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, financial modeling, and effective communication in local languages and English are also necessary skills.
