Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Tinsukia, Assam for a Residential Real Estate Project. The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage client relationships to drive business growth. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team. The role also involves training and mentoring the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry is a MUST

• Strong skills in Communication and Executive Support
• Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports management skills
• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
