Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Dera Bassi. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, overseeing account management, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, building and nurturing client relationships, leading sales presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. Additionally, the role involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets its goals.

• Excellent Team Management and leadership abilities
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess market trends and performance data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
