• 2-3 years into marketing, but hungry like you're still proving yourself

• Obsessed with understanding target audiences (bonus if you get Indian students)
• A LinkedIn native who thinks in hooks, engagement, and conversion funnels
• Someone who says "let's test that" more than "that won't work"

What You'll Own (Everything Marketing)

Month 1-3: Foundation

• Take over Pretzl's LinkedIn strategy completely
• Build our content calendar and posting system
• Set up lead generation funnels that convert
• Create our brand voice and visual identity
• Launch our first paid LinkedIn campaigns

Month 3-6: Scale

• Hit 5,000 LinkedIn followers with engaged audience
• Build email marketing system for nurturing leads
• Create partnership pipeline with colleges/influencers
• Develop case studies and success story content
• Launch referral program for existing customers

Month 6-12: Team Building

• Hire and manage content creators, designers, community managers
• Build marketing team that can operate without you
• Expand to other platforms strategically
• Create scalable systems for everything
• Own the full customer acquisition funnel
