Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Growth based in Surat. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, driving customer acquisition, and leading business development efforts. The role involves leveraging growth marketing techniques, growth hacking approaches, and sales strategies to achieve the business's revenue and customer growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking
• Experience in Sales and Business Development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Proven track record of driving significant growth in previous roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
