Head of Digital Marketing


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, affiliates, to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own full-funnel performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and repeat rates through targeted experiments and data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to improve landing pages, product listings, and conversion experiences.
  • Oversee content and social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Lead performance reporting and insights, and work with internal and external teams to deliver strong execution across all digital initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, while evaluating and implementing tools to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Execute and scale creative optimization and structured ad setups to drive results across digital channels.


An ideal candidate MUST have:

  • ~10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong tilt towards performance + content; prior D2C/fashion/lifestyle experience preferred.
  • Strong academic pedigree — IIT / Tier-1 Engineering / Analytical background preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, scale paid campaigns, and lead cross-channel teams.
  • Strong grasp on both data and creativity— with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Passionate about building a meaningful brand for women, and thrives in high-growth environments.
