🏗️ Hiring: Head of Construction – Premium Residential Projects

Head of Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end construction lifecycle for premium residential projects — from site mobilization to handover.
• Oversee multiple project sites including flagship developments in

  Mumbai

  and upcoming residential villas in

  Sonipat

  .
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage on-site teams, contractors, vendors, and labour resources efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory, design, and quality standards.
• Track budgets, BOQs, timelines, and ensure zero-cost overruns and schedule slippage.
• Implement best practices in procurement, safety protocols, and site operations.
• Conduct regular site audits and progress reviews; report directly to leadership/board.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 5–7 years in

  premium/luxury residential

  projects.
• Strong exposure to

  RCC frame, finishing, façade, waterproofing, and MEP coordination

  .
• Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Prior experience delivering high-end villa, apartment, or second home projects.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, ERP systems, and project tracking software.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
