Head of Client Services

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Servicing to lead and manage our client servicing department. This role is central to the success of our business and will serve as the key point of contact for both existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch service delivery, strengthening client relationships, identifying areas of improvement, streamlining internal processes, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact and relationship owner for all key clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and value delivery.
• Supervise and guide the client servicing team in day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure a seamless transition from sales to service.
• Audit and enhance current processes and systems; identify gaps and implement efficient solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations) to deliver timely and quality results.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to grow a robust and client-focused servicing team.
• Monitor and report on client metrics, feedback, and service performance.
• Build and maintain strong internal documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
