Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with P&O stakeholders to analyze business processes, define functional specifications, and manage implementation timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver integrations and interfaces.
Support development, testing, and implementation of change requests (CRs).
Lead bi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing, feature review, and sign-off.
Partner with the L3 Technical team on project specifications, timelines, and testing activities.
Report risks and priorities to management and support project planning.
Ensure compliance with documentation, change management, and audit standards.
Document and communicate issues effectively.
Manage HCM functional changes and enhancements.
Create knowledge articles, training materials, and provide stakeholder training.
Optimize Workday usage and drive platform adoption.
Mentor team members to build Workday domain expertise.
Enhance user experience with Workday processes.
Gather feedback from P&O teams to address Workday-related concerns.
Benchmark Workday usage with peer organizations to maximize ROI.
Oversee AMS provider performance to ensure timely and effective support.
