Hardware Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

1. Design of hardware architecture of BLDC and PMSM Motor controllers (ESC) for UAV

application

2. Responsible for the Circuit Simulation, Thermal Analysis, Schematic capture and PCB

Design.

3. Design of MOSFET, IGBT, BJT gate drivers, Current measurement techniques

4. Selection of semiconductor like MOSFET, IGBT, Transistors, Buck converters, LDO etc

5. Functionality, performance and life cycle testing of PCB

Recommended skills

1. Proven experience in working with motor drives like BLDC, PMSM, IM, SRM from past

projects or projects

2. Familiarity testing and measuring equipment like DMM, DSO etc

3. Knowledge on microcontrollers like AVR & ARM, STM and Renesas will be added advantage

4. Idea on Communication Inter and Intra Protocols (RS485,UART,CAN)

5. ECAD Software - Hardware design software like Eagle, Kicad, Altium etc

6. Should familiar with embedded software IDE, C++ is added advantage

7. Should have hands-on experience in Through Hole and SMD Soldering.
