relocation to Sweden

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers working on

  PolicyCenter (PC)

  and

  BillingCenter (BC)

  .
• Define and guide

  solution architecture

  in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Hands-on in

  Guidewire development, integration, configuration

  , and

  customization

  .
• Oversee

  CI/CD pipelines

  , DevOps practices, and deployment frameworks.
• Balance

  configuration vs customization

  to drive scalable solutions.
• Engage in

  agile delivery

  with distributed teams.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  PolicyCenter and BillingCenter

  .
• 3+ years of

  GOSU development

  with Web Services, Messaging, and Integration frameworks.
• Experience in

  leading Guidewire implementations or upgrades

  .
• Deep understanding of

  ACE (Advanced Configuration Engineering)

  .
• Experience with

  DevOps & CI/CD

  in Guidewire environments.
• Proven

  technical leadership

  in agile delivery teams.
• Strong command of English (B2–C1 proficiency).
• Willingness to

  relocate to Sweden

  after 6 months.

Nice to Have

• Guidewire

  certifications

  (PC / BC).
• Experience with

  ClaimCenter

  .
• Knowledge of

  data migration & archival strategies

  .
• Hands-on

  Java development

  experience.
