Job Summary:

As the Guest Relationship Manager (GRM), you will be the face of The Spirited Spot, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized, warm, and high-quality experience. Your role is to build lasting guest relationships, manage feedback, and enhance brand loyalty through excellent service and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:

A) Guest Experience:

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.

• Ensure smooth guest seating, reservation handling, and VIP service coordination.

• Anticipate guest needs and personalize experiences accordingly.

B) Relationship Management:

• Build rapport with regular patrons, influencers, and high-value guests.

• Maintain a guest database to track preferences, special dates, and visit history.

• Engage with guests through feedback collection, post-visit follow-ups, and special invitations.

C) Issue Resolution:

• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns or complaints, ensuring satisfaction.

• Escalate complex issues to the outlet manager when necessary.

D) Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Train and sensitize staff on guest preferences and service excellence.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

• 2+ years experience in guest relations, hospitality, or high-end F&B environments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Polished appearance and confident personality.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and POS systems is a plus.
