We’re looking for a Group Head - Copy who’s not just a wordsmith—but a thinker, a leader, and a creative force who knows how to shape brand voice, guide teams, and lead ideas from the first pitch to the final post. This is a leadership role within the creative team, ideal for someone who can balance conceptual thinking, executional sharpness, and creative leadership across multiple categories—especially FMCG, food, lifestyle, beauty, and wellness. If you can pitch to a CMO in the morning and polish a Reel script by lunch—you’ll feel right at home. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and write copy across all formats—ATL, BTL, digital, social, video, brand film, product narrative Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to craft compelling creative campaigns Lead the copy development across 360° campaigns: TVCs, digital videos, social content, print, websites, influencer briefs, and scripts Craft brand voice and ensure consistent tone across platforms and formats Guide, mentor, and review work from junior and mid-level writers Participate in client presentations and pitch discussions with strategic and creative clarity Own key campaigns end-to-end—from brief to release Bring cultural fluency, originality, and contextual creativity to all writing assignments You’ll Fit Right In If You: Can write long-copy manifestos and 6-second bumper ads with equal impact Have deep experience writing for mass-market Indian brands and understand tiered consumer language shifts (English, Hindi, Hinglish) Are comfortable leading brainstorms, giving feedback, and building a strong writing culture Have a pulse on trending formats—from meme copy and reels to OOH and product storytelling Take creative responsibility seriously and believe in idea-first, format-smart writing Must-Have Skills: Strong conceptual ability + a portfolio with campaigns that worked Experience managing teams and multitasking across live briefs Comfortable writing video scripts, brand taglines, social media calendars, and digital campaigns Ability to adapt tone for different verticals—FMCG, B2B, personal care, parenting, wellness Why Join Us?
