1. Financial strategy planning
2. All financial compliances & legalities around it
3. Market Research / Project Management support from a Fund Planning perspective
4. Risk Management -
• Implement internal controls and SOPs for fraud prevention and governance
• Lead risk reviews and contingency planning
5. Compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC & Company Law)
6. Capital management- manage working capital , debt , equity and fund raising initiatives,Monitoring ROI, Capex, and New Projects fund mgmt.
7. P&L & Balance Sheet structuring with Tax planning for each entity
8. Quarterly Internal Audit, Annual Statutory Audit, Balance Sheet
9. Benchmarking financial matrix with related industries
10. Merger and accusation, capital raising, Financial modelling.
Qualification and experience –
i) CA,CPA certified public accountant , CFA - chartered financial analyst. Can be added as merit
ii) Experience in manufacturing, retail/ fmcg sector , hospitality, automobile industry etc or running a national or a multinational co. finance function of 15+ yrs
iii) Strong in ERP systems, financial software, and analytics tools , IT development for the group
( consolidation)
Salary: 35 to 40 lakhs annually
