Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Group CFO located in Mumbai. The Group CFO will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role includes preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The Group CFO will lead the finance team, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and develop strategies to optimize financial health and growth of the organization. Qualifications Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance Skilled in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and decision-making abilities Experience in the manufacturing or commodities sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Show more Show less
